How has your previous experience at Vail Resorts prepared you for your current role in VRR?
Coming from one of our retail locations, I focused on providing the best customer experience possible. I have the same mentality today, but the guests are internal.
What aspect of your role do you find most rewarding?
Anything that makes life easier for employees on the front line helping customers.

Waking up able to ski world-class resorts or link together some of the most famous bike rides in the country on any given day.

My wellness is definitely activity driven; I ski, go for a bike ride, or hit the gym, but sometimes a day on the couch works wonders.
Do Good | Describe a meaningful volunteer experience you’ve had in your life.
Any time I volunteer with IMBA or Boulder OSMP I get the satisfaction of helping to maintain and improve the trails I sometimes take for granted.
