How did you get started? I started working in a ski shop during college and transitioned to a full-time position at a shop in Maine after graduation. I took naturally to boot fitting because of a background in Biology and Kinesiology. My move to Colorado was to work in larger busier stores and to enjoy what skiing in the Rockies has to offer!
Why do you love it? The excitement of a guest that has "never felt this good in a ski boot" or "never knew boots could be this comfortable" is a big part of why I continue in this field. Working with parents and kids to keep the whole family enjoying our sport is a major factor as well.
What else are you passionate about? I love hiking, biking, and generally being outside. I also enjoy home gardening and landscape work.
